AuBeWell was founded in 2024 out of a passion for wellness and food. What started as a few curious coworkers asking for sea moss and juice shots, has evolved into a variety of sea moss gels, tea blends, and hormone balancing granola. But understanding that wellness is more than just food, we offer a variety of services to help you change the way you live and think.

Aubree is holding courses on holistic kitchen wellness, covering topics not limited to food as medicine, herbology, cleaning & storing food safety, wellness hacks, and recipes. All courses come with a complete wellness package so that you can begin incorporating these new habits into your life immediately.
